Delete your account

Two paths, depending on whether you still have the StreetVenture app installed.


In the app (preferred)

If you still have StreetVenture installed on your phone, open the app and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete account

Confirm when prompted. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately, your data is removed from public surfaces (feed, leaderboards) within minutes, and the underlying data is purged within 30 days.

By email (if you’ve already uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed, email us. The button below opens your default mail app with a pre-filled message — review it, add the email address you signed up with, and send.

Email a deletion request

No default mail app set up in your browser? Copy this address and email us manually from any mail client: support@streetventure.app. The subject line “Deletion request — StreetVenture” helps the request get triaged quickly.

What happens next

We process deletion requests within the GDPR-required window — 30 days from receipt, extendable by 60 days for complex requests with notice to you. You’ll receive a personal reply from support@streetventure.app confirming the request, and a second message when the deletion has completed.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot reinstate accounts after the purge — please be sure before you send.
